Have you prepared your last will yet?

Let's talk about

today... Who is an executor? It's a person who carries out orders in a will. In other words, it's a person who makes sure that whatever the dead person had put down in his/her will is done in accordance with that will. In Polish we call such a person: wykonawca testamentu, or wykonawca woli. (Listen to how this word is pronounced.)

My question to you:
Is it a good idea to leave your last will? Why? Why not?

  1. I think it is a very good thing to leave last wills. The person who dies can go to God in peace, with no worries that something here on the Earth hastn't been done yet.
And well... on the other hand. The will can be mad. I mean that someone demands something unrealistic, what you can't do. If you don't do this, there will be a strange feeling in your heart like a pain...

    1. Hmmm... You vision is rather utopian as last wills are often a source of family feuds, which result in rotten family relations and long-lasting resentment. Don't you agree?

    2. Ouh. You found another side of it :D

  2. It's a very good idea. Nobody quarrels, everybody knows what the deceased wanted to do with his/ her fortune... However, there are families that will be fight for the fortune even though there is the last will...

    1. Hmmm... Have you prepared your last will yet? I once did and then after a few years I had to tear it up as it got a bit out of date. Now, I should produce another one. It's not so easy to draw up such a document though. And who could be the executor of my last will?

    2. I have nothing to share with my family :) Oh, wait. Maybe my car but my son is still to young to drive a car ;) I think that my family is really in close relation and I don't think it would be any problems with sharing the inheritance... I'm almost sure of it :)
